This is an annual event instituted to expose its diverse participants from different backgrounds and professions, including pastors, ministers, church workers, corporate professionals, and captains of industries among others, to the nitty gritty of effective Leadership as crucial to every facet our lives as well as it shall also continue to  seek the opportunity to address the persistent leadership gaps in the fabric of our society.
